Sales Managers on Sales Calls – What’s Your Role?

We’ve all been there….. On that oh-so awkward sales call with a manager, wondering what our role should be, feeling displaced, cringing at what the manager is doing or saying….

Or maybe you are the manager, trying to figure out how to save the sale, struggling to balance the role of manager and coach (do I jump in and try to undo the damage? or do I make this a learning experience?).
